| Hi there! My name is Teri. I am a clean, quiet friendly retired 58 year old female and i am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom apartment in a house on Stanley Street. Available April 1st. Your room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, night table, lamp, blinds and bedding. Bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and yard will be shared between the two of us. No hard drugs, excessive alcohol use, parties or loud music. Prefer no overnight guests but that is negotiable. Smoking cigarettes or Marijuana outside ok. I have an adorable friendly cat named Chex. I prefer no other pets but that is negotiable as well. Close to downtown, parks, trails, Wortley Village, bus stop and other amenities. $600 per month. Includes utilities and wifi. There is a driveway that I pay $50 to park in per month. The landlord would want another $50 per parking space per month. No last month's rent deposit required or lease.
