We are a couple in our early 50’s occupying the Master Bedroom. We are being very selective, so please read below and save yourself and us time. Looking to find one or two good candidates (preferably Filipino, also a couple is welcomed) for a beautiful Penthouse in front of square one in Mississauga. We really want long term because we are trying to avoid constant rotation of strangers at home every few months. Everybody speaks Tagalog and English. So if you are looking for a place where your rent will stay the same for up to 3 years and live with really good and clean people, then you might want to make this your new home. Bedroom + your own bathroom for a couple or two female friends (preferably Filipino) $1250 per month. Parking spot available for $35 extra per month. Unlimited internet included. We have our own private laundry facility in the Penthouse. You won’t have to share laundry machines with many others like in a rental building. Must be hard working, clean, no pets or smoke and of good manners, as we are. No boyfriend/girlfriend sleep over. You won't have to worry about rent increases for years. If you have a car, you may have a parking spot for $35 extra per month. The condo amenities include swimming Pool, Gym room for fitness, tennis court, parking & more. Square One Bus terminal 2 blocks away, bus stop in front of building and Wal-Mart very convenient 2 blocks away too! Images 4 and 5 are of your bathroom. Image 6 - 8 and 9 is of your bedroom. (It does not include all the furniture as seen in the image. It will include a foldable sofa-bed and the brown drawers) The bedroom also has a two door sliding closet. But you can see how that it is currently being used in a very efficient layout with a small computer desk for two.
