| I'm a single male looking to rent a bright room anywhere between Stoney Creek and Niagara Falls, St- Catharines for May 15th or June 1st. I have my own business operating out of Niagara Falls. I will be putting most of my stuff in storage. I started my business about 1 year ago so I need a room to be closer. I need a place to sleep, shower, be able to cook meals and hopefully in a quiet home with no pets or young children. Recently divorced can't afford first and last right now but I do have an income.and I am reliable and on time for rent. Reference available. Please let me know if there's any availability I am looking for something ideally in the falls Stanford area, Thorold, Fort Erie, Grimsby or St-Catharines, I am clean, mature, and respectful. I can help with house chores as well if needed. Need one parking spot. I am looking for a minimum of 6 month to a year if the arrangement works for us both.
