Will come with table, chair, bed. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and utensils. There is also an air fryer in the room. I'll be away from 27th April to 3rd September so 4. Room will be completely free of my personal items and like new. $50 monthly utilities. Total comes $940, but if u decide to take early, can reduce to $900. Parking charge seperate.
