| My name is Justin, I am looking for a place to rent for myself and my toddler daughter that lives with me half the time as of September 1, 2024. I am employed full time and do not own any pets nor do I smoke. My budget is 1500$ inclusive of utilities. I am looking for preferably a 2 bedroom but will consider a one bedroom. I am only being proactive by creating an ad early to see what's out there so I can already be ready for a place by then.
