| Hello, I am subletting my basement unit for 3 months, starting June 1st and until August 31st. The room is very spacious (originally two bedrooms merged into one). The room is fully furnished, and it includes: - Bed (bed frame + mattress) - 2 tables - Built-in closet - Wingback chair and footrest - Dining chair (not shown in photo) It is right next to the Cummer Ave bus stop (~1 min walk), and about 5~7 minutes from the Finch TTC subway station by bus. There is a private bathroom (toilet + sink), and the shower room and the kitchen are shared with others. It is $1000 per month, with all utilities included. It is only available for one person.
