THERE IS A POSSIBILITY SHARED BY THEM THAT THEY WOULD SWITCH YOU TO A 5-BEDROOM APARTMENT AND PUT YOU HIGH UP ON THE WAITLIST TO SWITCH TO A 3-BEDROOM. ALL IN ALL, THEY ARE WILLING TO HELP*** Please make sure you understand what's written above This is a 3-bedroom layout. $1024 per month plus utilities (The rent increase in September was $24, but since this room is booked in September this is irrelevant. I am sharing for full transparency) (All included pictures are the actual photos of the apartment.) This is a private bedroom with a desk, dresser, and private bathroom. The maintenance room is also in the room; however, sound can rarely be heard from there, and Foundry does maintenance from time to time. It is around a 7-minute walk to Durham College /Ontario Tech University. Also, the top mattress is not included but the blue one underneath it will. You will also be living with two other roommates. I am looking for a clean roommate who cleans after themselves regularly. We mutually agreed to keep this place clean, even taking rounds when taking out the trash.
