| I’m looking for a roommate (ideally another female) to share a 3bdrm house with me! Ideal for young professionals, international students, and anyone LGBTQ+! YOUR RENT: around $1,200/month total = $1,000/ month + split utilities (~$200/month) . Length of lease is flexible. All included THE PLACE: a lovely semi-detached house with a backyard with 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor) and 1.5 bath (full bath on 2nd floor, half bath in basement). Your room is spacious, large closet, fits queen size bed, a comfy chair, and more! The extra bedroom will be shared by both of us as a guest room/home office, or whatever we decide. There is an unfinished basement with a pool table and lots of storage for your stuff! It has central AC & heating, FREE parking, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Other perks, I have a deep freezer that can be shared. Open to rearranging the current layout to suit us both. YOU: you would need to supply your own bedroom set, I have enough furniture for everything else but if you have other furniture you want to bring, let’s figure it out (can be stored in the basement)!
