| Welcome! :) I'm renting a room in my condo, located on Bay & Queen. LRT Lyon station and different bus stops are just 2 min walking. Rideau Centre 20-25 min walk, Parliament 10 min walk. The washroom is shared with two other people, kitchen and living room shared as well. There's a mix of male and female living here, but we're all professionals. Utilities are included in price (wifi, water, heat, hydro). Laundry is in the building, coin operated ($1.50 for washing and $1.50 for drying). Parking not available. Our building doesn't allow smoking (neither ciagarrets and/or cannabis). No animals please (there's a person with allergy) and no parties. Fully furnished. Month to month lease, however 6 months minimum. First and last months required with one month notice of leaving. Room available for moving in. |
