| Rent is 680$ + 1/3 of the internet/utilities (our utilities are heavily subsidized). Looking to sublet our second bedroom starting on July 1st. There are two of us in the other bedroom. It's an apartment in a multi-storied building. You will need your own furniture for the room, but the rest of the house is furnished. Parking available but extra. The sublease is month to month, you will just need to give us 3 weeks notice before leaving. Other queer people preferred, but otherwise first come, first serve.
