I can sell you a queen size bed & mattress and a wardrobe for $200 if you want them. You get a private balcony inside your room. The monthly rent is $815 and split hydro & internet which comes to an extra $50 a month. The location is perfect as it is right on Elgin street and you can walk to shops, pubs, clubs, UOttawa, parks, Rideau mall, and lots of busses. This is a month to month lease and you can stay as long as you’d like, just have to give a 2 months notice to the lease holder or find someone to sublease if you need to move. |
