Utilities and Rogers high speed internet included. Futon, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair, dresser, large closet and large opening window in the room. Kitchen and bathroom is shared with me (20 year old female). 1 parking space, free shared laundry in building. Microwave, toaster, stove/oven and half the fridge available to you along with a few cupboards in the kitchen. I have a dog. He is a friendly Labrador Retriever who will be staying in my room. Looking for a VERY clean, tidy and quiet person who will respect my home and maintain its clean state. It’s a clean and quiet apartment that is smoke free. Absolutely no visitors allowed.
