Located in a calm neighbourhood near the corner of Park and George on the top floor of a quiet 4 unit property. IMPORTANT: the access to the unit is via an outside metal staircase with open treads and risers to the 3rd floor, this is not suitable for young children, dogs, or people with mobility issues. Photos were taken of unit prior to cleaning, it will be professionally cleaned before move in. - Good sized eat in kitchen with fridge and stove included - living area furnished with couch, tv stand and round dining table to sit 4 - large bedroom with closet and queen bed, dresser, lamp, end table - there is no laundry in the unit or available for use in the building - Tenant is responsible for paying hydro and water. Heat is included in the rent. - Parking is NOT included, it is an extra $50 a month Looking for mature and respectful tenants.
