There’s a bus stop directly in front of the building. And directly across the building. The kitchen & washroom will be shared. Access to a balcony as well. All utilities, & high speed Bell internet included. I’m looking to only rent out to a single occupant, who is also a working professional, ideally. It’s a quiet building, laundry room on the 2nd floor. Friendly neighbours, kitchen and washroom is equipped with working equipments and appliances in good condition (fridge, stove top, oven, toilet, shower head, bath tub, etc.) Parking is available for an additional cost of $50.
