| Looking for 2 female roommates to share a 4 bedroom house. I prefer people who are mature, quite and do shift works such as nurses or flight attendants. This is a beautiful house and your personal hygiene and cleaningness is essential. This is a smoking free environment so if you smoke of any kind, including vaping, it's not a right fit. A criminal background check, paystubs and references are required. The landlord is a single female working in the aviation field. The 2 female will be sharing the bathroom and shower on the second floor. No overnight guest as a respect and courtesy to others. You are more than welcome to enjoy the oasis backyard as well. However, the hot tub and gas BBQ aren't included 5G internet and Fibe TV internet is included in the rent. Light cooking please.
