| This old majestic home has the perfect location on a quiet street, close to downtown, via rail and bus terminal, parks and theaters. With a long driveway, and two car garage, this 4 bedroom home is a fantastic rental. Over 100 years old, she needs gentle, respectful tenants. This is my primary home I am renting out for, hopefully, a 1-3 year term starting June 1st, 2024. The candidates will understand the importance of cleaning, not using the toilet as garbage bin, reading a manual before operating a machine, appreciate sacrifice and hard work, and engage in honest communication. There is no bathtub, only a stand up shower due to space restrictions of an old galley style bathroom. I thoroughly enjoy breakfast in the sunroom. The house is furnished but certain furniture can be moved out. No smoking. Please let me know why you are looking for a rental, for how many people and pets, employment, and for how long.
