| 1 min walk away from Christie station, and 30 seconds from PAT central (korean grocery). The room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, desk and chair, and bookshelves, as well as art & posters. Big bathroom with large shower and glass sliding door, Medium sized kitchen, with Juliet balcony / door to open for ventilation / fresh air in summer! Roommates are respectful, quiet, and keep to themselves. They are working professionals. We prioritize cleanliness, and expect you'll clean up after yourself. The room has a ceiling fan and comes with an air purifier which also helps keep cool in summer. I'm looking for a subletter for ASAP, as I'm leaving the country on the 18th May, however you may choose to move in whenever you like after the 19th but ideally after the 22nd. Need somebody who will stay for June-August, please. I can give house tours any time this week. The room will be all cleaned up for when you move in – I'm in the middle of packing hence the mess in the photos. Thanks for understanding. |
