| I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease for a basement room in a house where I've lived for the past 11 years. The rent is affordably priced at $566.37 per month due to rent control, and this includes both rent and internet access. The lease is on a month-to-month basis. I'm offering this to see if anyone is interested as I know rent is quite expensive. Key features include: A fully furnished private room Onsite laundry facilities available at $2 per use Secure indoor bike storage A weekly cleaning service that maintains the kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas A kitchenette, please note, this is not a full kitchen. It has induction cookers for pans/pots which work well and a convection oven. Located near Kensington Market and UofT. The closest major intersection is College and Spadina. All utilities included. I will be moving out this weekend, making the room available before May 1st if necessary. Rent for May has already been paid. Please be aware there is also a one-time assignment fee equal to one month's rent, resulting in an initial payment of $1132.74. Subsequently, the rent will be $566.37 per month.
