| I am looking to sublease a one-bedroom student housing unit at CampusOne from May 1 to August 20 (4 months). It is perfect for those looking for somewhere convenient to stay short-term while continuing their studies, doing an internship, a research position, or experiencing the city. The following are relevant details about the unit and the CampusOne building: - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit - WiFi, utilities, management fees, etc. all included - Fully furnished (full-sized bed, cabinet space, desk, chair) - 20th floor - Plenty of amenities (some notable ones being: theatre rooms, fitness centre, Pelaton, sky lounge; the rest can be found on: https://www.live-campusone.ca/features) - Dining is available - Communal kitchen on the floor - Quiet study spaces I want to note that I was initially skeptical about living at CampusOne when coming to study in Toronto from a different province. The reviews online were not the best; however, I took a chance to stay here and have been enjoying it very much.
