Suitable for ONE person ONLY, working or retired. Not open to indefinite guests. No constant visitors, it is on private property. No smoking indoors. No illicit drugs. Not suitable for folks with mobility issues (3 stairs entry). INCLUDES: A/C window unit (if needed) Utilities (heat, hydro, water, cable, internet) 32" flatscreen TV Convection oven, and Induction cooktop Fridge Toaster, kettle, crockpot. Bed is double size, excellent condition, protected. 3 pc washroom, Shower is modest size, so large people it would not accommodate. Laundry is extra. Gas fireplace in winter Central to Stayner, Collingwood, Elmvale, Angus. Close to transit. Close to amenities, walk distance. This cabin is on private property, occupied by owner.
