I have 3 furnished rooms available : 1 room @ queen bed 1 room @ double bed 1 room @ 2 twin beds (extra long) Rental Fees Starting @ ($350 per week @ 1 person) ($400 weekly @ 2 persons ) Located at Eastbridge area of Waterloo… just steps away from a bus line (#6/#31) and is only a few kms away from Conestoga Mall, St. Jacob’s Farmers Market, Uptown Waterloo’s restaurants, cafés and shops , Wilfrid Laurier University, the University of Waterloo, hospitals, Perimeter Institute, RIM, Google, and The Tannery District.
