Large property with pond includes parking, storage trailer, handyman garage with tools and supplies, gazebo, fire pit, barbeque. Tenants share with each other and the Landlord/Owner, kitchen, toilet, shower, rec room, fireplace, laundry, and hot tub. Private rental rooms from $700 to $1000 per month are available furnished or unfurnished to financially sound, polite, and quiet individuals interested in longer-term rental. An additional person in a rental room can be approved by the Landlord for an extra cost. A Tenant can also switch rooms according to availability/size/price. My place is ideally suited for someone who likes countryside living, outdoors, nature, sports, DIY projects. Being outdoorsy, I gladly share with tenants sports equipment such as bikes, canoes, tents, etc. At my home, I am also looking for a helper for bicycle repairs and sales. As a Landlord/Owner I take time choosing good tenants who would fit best. Please tell me about yourself, your situation, and your rental plans. Internet, Utilities, and laundry are included.
