This is not a boarding house nor a rooming house. It's a typical family home completely furnished. Shared bathroom and kitchen. We have been sharing for 33 years! We get it! We offer quiet, sophisticated, all inclusive, no lease, furnished home to share! Larger home with cozy out door sitting area to relax and unwind. Must be staying one month and longer. Are you from out of town? We are in a popular urban area. It's a walkable neighbourhood with many cafes, restaurants, pubs, breweries, corner stores, small private owned food markets, steps from the riverfront trail and more. The bedroom is furnished and decorated like a typical family home There are no ensuite bathrooms. Some people have stayed we us for years others for a few months. We keep things simple and easy. Safe, secure, and healthy home atmosphere. We have smoke alarms and monoxide detectors on all 4 floors. Private bedroom. Lots of privacy because we are a larger size home. Shared kitchen and bathroom. No private exclusive use of the home. Shared. We are not a business nor landlords so we keep the price affordable and all inclusive How Many People: Single person only 1 person. Plan to share batheoom and kitchen with at least 1 other person. It is an owner occupied home. Rates: Rates drop based on length of stay and bedroom you choose: $600 to $900 per month. Easy and flexible! No shared rooms! AIRBNB Style or Bed and Breakfast: We do not do daily weekly or less than one month. We are not an Airbnb style home nor are we a Bed and Breakfast. Visitors: If you like peaceful and quiet, safe and secure you will love that we offer a no guest atmosphere. Parking: Parking available on our property.
