| My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a spare bedroom in our townhouse. We would like someone to move in as early as March 1st but we are open to a later date. We have provided photos of our place in this post. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse located in Charlottetown. The unit is a 5-minute walk from Holland College and a 10-minute walk from downtime. There are a lot of restaurants and bus stops within walking distance. After filling out the survey we will be allowing individuals to view the unit on February 24, 2024 The rent of the room will be $720 and that covers all utilities: -electricity -heating -water - washer & dryer As our roommate, you will have full access to all common areas of the house which includes the living room, kitchen, basement, bathroom, washer & dryer, and backyard (summertime). The only area of the house that is off-limits is our private bedroom. In return, we will not have access to your private bedroom.
