| Hi! I will be gone for 3months between ( 26may/1 Sept ) I'm looking for someone to take part of my room to stay for this summer at Montreal. Until I comeback this september! 680$monthly / Colocation 11-3485 Avenue Van Horne/ Montreal/ H3S 1R7 There will be 4 awesome other person living in this appartement. Water, Wifi, Heat, electricity and funishing Included Shared Kitchen and Shared Bathroom and Tv (no cable) For the bedroom: Glass table and chair) Queen bed small couch Two closet Note that the Pc and the table seen in this picture will replaced by a glass table. Most of my stuff will be gone except for a few items like my trash can, fan and more. Close from everything, 7mins of walk between two subways, right next to a bus stop and 5mins away from the grocery store. There is a Public pool, Soccer court, parc, Baseball court, basketball court, Tennis court 1-2mins of walk away aswell. a prepayment for the last month (August) would be required to make sure that everything stays in order!
