C’est un quartier vivant où on trouve littéralement de tout à proximité (épiceries, pharmacies, boulangerie, cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques, librairies, centre de yoga, etc.). L’appartement est entièrement meublé (sans télé) et inclus une salle de lavage, un balcon, un puit de lumière et est équipé d’une thermopompe (particulièrement agréable par temps de canicule…). La chambre comprend un lit double, un bureau et beaucoup d’espace de rangement. Je suis un professionnel dans la quarantaine et je recherche quelqu’un de calme, responsable, respectueux/se et avec qui il fait bon vivre. L’appartement est non-fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Le coût est de 700 $ /mois (inclus chauffage et électricité + Internet illimité). It’s a lively neighbourhood and has literally everything nearby (grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, bookstores, yoga centres, etc.). The apartment is fully furnished (no TV). It has its own laundry room, a balcony, a skylight and there is a heat pump (especially nice during heat waves...). The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a lot of storage space. I am a professional, in my 40’s, and I am looking for someone calm, responsible, respectful and with whom it is good to live with (student, trainee or professional).
