| Hello, The room is available from June 1st, 2024, until the end of Dec 2024 (Extending the term can be discussed. No shorter stays are permitted). Monthly rent is $680. Included are hydro, Wi-Fi, heat, hot water, furnished, shared bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom furniture includes a bed (size double), desk, chair, curtain, dresser, double mirror, and a closet. No A/C is provided. You can bring your own personal fan. Good location. A short walk from Cote-des-Neiges plaza, Walmart, Maxi, restaurants, Plamondon metro, Cotes-des-Neiges metro, 165 bus to Guy Concordia, and 24 bus to McGill metro. Quick walk to multiple laundromats. Looking for only one person (preferably female) who is clean and social but also considerate, respectful, and quiet with the other two roommates. No pets. No smoking indoors. References may be required. |
