| I am subletting a private room within a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment starting May 1st, ending August 27th (START DATE CAN BE MOVED TO LATER ON IN MAY). The unit has a kitchen linked to a living room area that is currently relatively empty. There is a single bathroom. The apartment is in a great location in the middle of Montreal, a block away (around 1 minute walk) to the Guy-Concordia Metro station, 5 minutes to PA Supermarket, and 10 minutes to Alexis Nihon mall. It is on the edge of the Concordia downtown campus, 18 minutes from McGill, and 5 minutes from Lasalle. All necessary businesses are within 5 minutes walk. The area is very safe. The room itself is medium sized and furnished (refer to photos), with a full sized bed, a small collapsible desk, folding chair, and a portable rolling closet. The room also has a closet with a door. The apartment unit is on the second floor, and it has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen that is combined with the living room. The living room and kitchen area is relatively empty, with a coffee table and a single chair. Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the building. There is one person (19M) who be here for the entire summer, and another (19M) who will be here for 2 weeks. They don't party, are generally quiet and spend most of their day outside of the apartment.
