Bedroom comes with medium-sized closet and lots of natural light. Thermostat inside allows you to control bedroom heating. About the location: Park Extension, 3 minute walk from metro Parc and steps away from major bus lines (80, 92/93, 179 and others) including night buses. Few minutes walk from maxi + several deps & immigrant-owned shops (which i make a strong effort to support). Excellent local restaurants, bakeries, food co-ops and cafes within walking distance. Very close to Jean-Talon market and park Jarry. About your roommate: I am a 34 year old Jordanian Palestinian. I work full time, 3 days a week from home. I enjoy a fairly quiet home environment, small gatherings with friends from time to time, and occasional communal activities. Grande cuisine récemment rénovée. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche aussi rénovée. Balcon avant et arrière avec sièges. Salon confortable qui reçoit beaucoup de soleil pendant la journée. Buanderie et sécheuse au sous-sol (2$/brassée chq). La chambre a un placard de taille moyenne et beaucoup de lumière naturelle le matin. Le thermostat à l'intérieur vous permet de contrôler le chauffage de la chambre. À propos de l'emplacement : Parc Extension, à 3 minutes à pied du métro Parc et à quelques pas des principales lignes d'autobus dont les autobus de nuit (80, 92/93, 179 et l’autres). À quelques minutes à pied de maxi + plusieurs dépanneurs et magasins appartenant à des immigrants (que je fais un gros effort pour soutenir). D'excellents restaurants locaux, boulangeries, coopératives alimentaires et cafés à distance de marche.
