Le bails et pour 1 ans et loyer est 720$, wifi 40$ et hydro 60$ chacune par mois. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le bâtiment. L'appartement est meublé mais pas la chambre. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de marche de la station de métro Côte Sainte Catherine (orange), à 10 minutes de marche de la station Snowdon (bleu) et d’un supermarché METRO. Il y a également des petits marchés locale et dépanneur à 2 minutes de marche. C'est un endroit calme, mais bien situé dans un très bon quartier. Il y a également du parking gratuit dans la rue, mais tu peux payer ton propre parking privé dans le stationnement du bâtiment. C’est 90$ par mois. Tu vivras avec moi et mes deux chats Je suis une jeune étudiante qui étudie à l'université de Montréal. Je passe beaucoup de mon temps libre à lire, ou à écrire, ou à marcher ! There are also small local markets and convenience stores just a 2 minute walk away. It's a quiet place, but well located in a very good neighborhood. There's also free street parking, but you can pay for your own private parking in the building's parking lot. It's $90 a month. You'll live with me and my two cats I'm a young student studying at the University of Montreal. I spend a lot of my free time reading, or writing, or walking! I also like talking and watching movies.
