| Hello there! I’m looking for a room or a studio to rent between JULY 1st to OCTOBER 31st (or September 30th). My budget is $1000 per month, including hydro and internet. I’m a 24-year-old working holiday maker (PVT) from South Korea. I lived in the United States for 3 years and in Australia for a year. I’m fluent in English. I learn French full-time and work in the evenings. When school finishes, I will work full-time. I would describe myself as a person who is clean, quiet, and respectful. I don’t drink, or smoke, and I don’t have any pets. (But I do love animals! I’m open to any kind of pet) I lived in shared accommodations before, and I understand the importance of house chores.
