No. This home is the main floor suite of a bungalow style house. You will enjoy 1056 square feet of private space, plus a shared utility room and laundry space in the basement (the utility room gives you about 100 square feet of bonus storage space). There is also a garage for extra storage space – great for those hockey bags or off-season items! Are there schools nearby? Yes. St Philip’s Elementary School is right across the street! They also have a daycare and church in the building. Aiden Bowman High School is three blocks away. Your new home is also close to the University, about a 6 minute drive or perfect for cycling (10-15 minutes) How big are the bedrooms? Imagine space for the kids to have their own private room with beautiful hardwood floors! All three bedrooms are large enough for a double sized bed. Each bedroom has a closet. The dimensions are: master bedroom: 10'16"x10'2", bedroom 2 and bedroom 3: 12'4x8'2" each. What kind of storage is there? Enjoy secure storage in your personal one-car garage. This includes water, electricity, heat, and recycling collection. As the main floor tenant, you will be responsible to place the utilities in your name and collect payment from the basement tenant. We’ve recently made some upgrades to help reduce your utility costs, including LED light bulbs (low electricity consumption), and a high-efficiency furnace (low natural gas consumption). Is internet and cable included? Internet and television are not included. It's up to you to decide if you want this service. As a new client, you can often get bargain introductory rates.
