This lower level apartment is located on a quiet street in the NW area of Moose Jaw called The Avenues. Ideal for Contract or Temporary Workers on the Gibson Energy, Sask Power Plant or at the Potash Mines! Cheaper than a hotel and you can enjoy the ability to make decent meals and enjoy a home environment vs a hotel. This unit comes with a large combination living room/ living room with a Queen Bed. All linens are supplied, however some guests do prefer to bring their favorite pillow from home. The full time tenant on the main floor is quiet and polite. They do have a dog, who will bark when a stranger enters, but will settle down quickly, and once is familiar, likely will not bark again. Parking is available on the street out front, and their is one parking spot at the rear of the property as well. The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen ware, towels and bedding. The kitchen is a small, but functional w a fridge, stove and microwave. A Washer and Dryer are located in the shared laundry room and are free to use for guests. We pay all utilities and include high speed internet. Weekly rate is $400 Monthly rate is $1500 A Security Deposit is required as is confirmation of Employment.
