The fee is $50 per night. This includes use of laundry facilities, breakfast type foods, cleaning of common areas during day through out the week. Each bedroom has a lock so your room is your private space. The kitchen, dining, living room, bathrooms and outdoor seating area are all shared spaces with the other guests in the home.
