The nearest laundry mat locations are 1609 29 th st west and 511 33rd st west. No pets, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs and no parties allowed on the premises. Monitored security system is active in the household. Looking for respectful, clean, responsible and quiet tenant who is working full time or is a student of the U of S or SaskPolytech. Priority will be given to person willing to take responsibility of shovelling snow and mowing lawn. I will pay them $50/month for it.
