I have 3, furnished, 1 bedroom suites in my newer basement that I rent to SaskPolytech students needing 8 weeks accommodations. $900-$950 for 4 weeks. 1 person occupancy per suite. No pets. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared by all 3 and is cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included plus wifi and laundry. Clean and quiet. Many students return multiple times. Great location for a short term stay for students attending SaskPolytech.
