Must be current UNIVERSITY OF SASKATCHEWAN Undergrad Student or Graduate Student (FEMALE). Must be clean and responsible. Rent is for academic purposes only. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO DRINKING PARTY, NO ILLEGAL USE OF DRUGS, NO MARIJUANA, NO VAPING. Rent is $550 a month including ALL utilities, wifi, shared appliances, and kitchen stuffs. The room is FULLY FURNISHED with bed, study desk, chair, medium size walk-in closet (not pictured as the room is currently occupied with another student). Renting for a SINGLE PERSON ONLY / NOT COUPLE. Pls don’t inquire if there’s two of you planning to share one room. Located near Lakewood Civic Center (East side of Saskatoon). By bus to university, it’ll take about 15 -20 minutes when school starts and about 7minutes drive to university. Close to all amenities. Perfect for University students. There are two different bus stop locations available. Shared living room and kitchen with all other tenants. Bathroom in the basement (not pictured) is shared with another student in the basement and there’s a powder room (seen in the post) in the main floor for everyone to use.
