| Hi, my sister and I are looking to rent a 2 suite house starting May 1st, 2024. Things we are hoping for are: - fenced backyard ( 1 small dog) - seperate suites - 2 kitchens - Budget of $1550 + utilities Area is better if it's central but we are open to looking around. I am lower income on Aish and working. My sister has a full time job. So we are definitely able to pay rent and utilities, just looking for a lower rent amount. Neither of us have ever been late on payments. We are good at keeping the rental clean and make sure things stay proper. We both have good references and credit scores. If you know of any good ideas, please let me know! Thanks! |
