| Hello my name's Jody P and I'm looking for a suite to rent for around June 20- July 1/24 ish. Now that being said I'm open to: Basement suite with utilities included would be great - furnished also is good and cable n Wi-Fi would be a bonus , a Bachelor or studio suite or a shared accommodation like a room with own bathroom and access to kitchen etc works. Preferably with person/people (max 3 all together ) who are same age and sex. Me 47 male. **About me: I'm very easy going, I don't like drama or high stress situations. I'm a Class 1 Driver by trade and have been for the last 20 yrs but I did take a few yrs off to achieve my goal of becoming a Correction's Officer at the new remand center in North Edmonton. I'm originally from BC and moved to Edmonton in 2000 before moving back here to PG in 2022 and now back here again. I'm responsible, reliable, always pay rent on time and am fairly quiet as I like my movies and sometimes my games. Anyways I've missed the city and wanted to move back for some time. So I've landed a local job here and want to get the feelers out there for housing.
