| I am thinking about renting out a room in my town house in Woodglen Place Bon Accord. I'm on the fence due to past tenants and am weary of sharing my space but this is what I have to offer. A basement bedroom with insulated walls and flooring concrete; however covered mostly in area rugs (not matching). The washer and dryer is adjacent to the basement bedroom therefore venetian blings or some form of drapes would be necessary (not provided) because must walk through this area to reach the shared washer and dryer. The front entrance leads into the dinning room followed by the kitchen and basement access is tucked away in the corner of kitchen. The stairs are well painted wood, floors are unfinished in basment (1 rug provided). Therefore the main floor is shared accommodation (livingroom, dining area and kitchen. The 1 bathroom is located on the upper floor conveninetly first door you see. There is acouple living on the upper floor and occupying 3 bedrooms (only 2 people) and occasionally an 8 year old girl will visit. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, polite, and experienced living on their own. A mature male or female preferred, employment an asset, must have mode of transportation 1 parking stall available with an additional mandatory monthly fee. As for the rent I am flexible in the amount( 600 plus half utilities )dependent on personal situation. Length of time for lease receive greater discount. Damage deposit of 600$ due prior to move in. No pets at all will not consider either not even for pet fee. The utilities will be split 3 ways and 500$ utility deposit (paying a month in.advance) is due prior to move in. At termination of lease any excess utility payments shall be credited with return of damage deposit dependent on house conditions. If your interested tell me a little about yourself: 1) whats your employment? 2) what are your pass times 3)what kind of foods do you frequently cook for dinner. 4) what's your sleep pattern? Night owl, day person, mixed, or insomniac ? 5) why you are moving? Where coming from? And will you provide references? 6)best attribute? 7)worst character flaw? I know seems like a lot but I truly want a good fit. If you are not on the right side of the law please look elsewhere all criminal activity is strictly prohibited in this residence.
