| Renting immediately from September 15th or October 1st. Looking for a roommate for the living room to share a 1Bed 1Bath apartment on the 10th floor in Brentwood. The room will be unfurnished so you can bring your own stuff or I can keep the furnitures if you need. The room is pretty big with amazing views from the balcony and you can use the closet near the door. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Walking distance to University of Calgary and Brentwood LRT Station. Multiple bus stops just outside the building. Building has a gym and laundry room. About your roommate: I’m a UCalgary student and a pretty chill person so easy to get along. Occasional visits from your friends or guests is fine by me. I like to keep my place clean so please respect that. I don’t have any pets but you’re welcome to bring cats once approved by the building manager.
