Please be kind and turn out lights when not in use. The price also includes a wifi enabled tv, fully stocked kitchenette with with a new spacious stainless steel fridge and everything you need to cook( pots , pans , dishes) just bring food. The space is desirable it has new laminate flooring throughout and is well furnished with a modern queen sized bed with new mattress and frame, tall dresser , nice dining table and modern desk and two closets. The location is enviable 3 minute drive to downtown Shawnessy with all the big stores, banks , shopping , while nestled in the quiet of Bridlewood surrounded by parks, schools and nature. Just 5 minute walk to the Bridlewood Bus stop. Privacy , security and no fuss . $600 damage deposit is refunded if no damage incurred and place is left in a clean rentable condition. Temporary stays are welcome with a higher monthly rate. I am looking for some one to stay 3 month’s minimum for long term rate of $1200. Short term rate is $1400 for one adult $1600 for 2 adults same damage deposit and terms as above. |
