Sadly, no in suit laundry is available (we will give you $20 credit / month for coin laundry). We will provide you with a double burner electric stove for cooking. Microwave, refrigerator, lighting are included, no other furniture will be included. Some photos are attached for your consideration. Rent: Monthly $1100 + 30% of all the utilities (Water + Electricity + Gas + Internet). The initial lease is for 03 months with the possibility of extension if both the parties agree to further extension. The rent is non-negotiable. Advance pay: You will need to pay 02 months (first and last months) of rents in advance. NOT allowed: Pet & smoking is NOT allowed within the unit. Party / loud noise is not allowed. You can bring your guests over but that must be notified to us if they are staying overnight. Preference: Single WORKING MALE only. We will NOT accept any family / couple. We don’t care about your age, ,race and religion so long as you are a great person. Verification: You will have to provide your credit check, last 02 paystubs, direct employer’s reference, at least 01 friend’s / relative’s reference.
