Building has three floors, and the unit is on the main floor. The building has its own parking lot, and you can register for a spot for $50 a month. The front door is FOB access. Pets only if pre-approved by the property management and they will be an extra fee. About the Unit: Location! This unit is located right next to the west end of 17th Ave in Downtown Calgary, with hassle-free access to shopping, food, and entertainment. If you prefer using transit to get around, the unit is an 11 minute walk to Sunalta Station, and a quick walk to bus stops for Routes 2, 6, 7, 22, 414, and 698. Recently Renovated! The unit was renovated before we moved in, with new floors, cabinets, kitchen sink, counter top, kitchen backsplash, bathroom sink, bathroom tiles, tub, mirror, bathroom light, and fresh paint on the walls. There is also brand new stainless-steel appliances that were installed, including a fridge, stove, hood fan, and dishwasher. Sparkle Card Operated Laundry! Washers and dryers are located in the basement. There are two of each, and they are operated by using a Sparkle Card. There is a convenient laundry card machine in the laundry room, making reloading your card (and buying a new one if needed) a breeze. We will give you our own Sparkle Cards to save you having to purchase new ones. Ideally Positioned in the Building! This unit is at the end of the hallway on the main floor, next to the set of stairs that leads to the laundry room in the basement. The stairs also leads to the back door, so leaving the building to take out the garbage, etc. is easy and you don’t have to walk all the way back to the front. We only have neighbours just to the left of us since we are at the very end, so it’s very quiet. Also, moving in is simple since there is only one set of stairs at the front to contend with.
