The basement has no seprate entrance, the tennant will have to use the main door/entrance on the ground floor to leave the house. There is no kitchen in the basement, the tennant will have to use the main kitchen on the ground floor. No seprate laundry in the basement, the tennant will have to use the laundry upstairs on the first floor of the house. The laundry will only be allowed on the weekends.
