| We recently purchased this duplex! The photos show the place empty, but we are currently packing up pods in Ontario and shipping everything to Calgary. The duplex will be fully furnished by July 1. My husband works in Ontario until the end of July, which is why we are Airbnbing/ renting it for the first month of ownership. To assure you this is not a scam, we can privately message you proof of ownership, including pictures of the paperwork for the duplex and our driver's license photos to prove it is us. We can also do a video call to show you our current packing situation in Ontario and the furniture we plan to furnish the house with. The house - This cozy duplex is located in the Thornecliffe neighborhood, featuring nice parks, big trees, and close proximity to downtown (15 minutes) and the Deerfoot Trail. It has two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs, and a pull-out couch. There are two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen upstairs, and an empty kitchen downstairs. The backyard is a great place to hang out, and there is plenty of parking. One bedroom has bunk beds with double beds on both the top and bottom, while the other two rooms have queen beds. The couch pulls out into a bed, and we will provide bedding for that as well. It is available for July and possibly August as well. |
