| Hello. I am a 19-year-old Korean student living in Upten, an apartment near Calgary Tower with a 20-year-old Canadian roommate. We both work as Alberta Ballet Trainee, and I'm writing about the apartment takeover issue because I'll have to go back to Korea inevitably. First of all, our apartment is 2 suites (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) option. It's a newly built new apartment, so the facilities are nice and pleasant. It's full window, there's a terrace, so you can ventilate, air conditioning is good, and it's in the center of downtown. Our floor is on the 4th floor, so you can get out quickly by using the stairs, and there's a fitness center on the 3rd floor, so it's very convenient for people who work out (there's not many people). Half of the deposit, 500$ half of the rent(heat and water included) 1194$ half of the internet, 40$ Insurance, 10$ Electricity, ~15$ I think it's about 1250 dollars per person a month. Roommates are quiet and very nice. She usually goes out at 9 and come in at 6 o'clock. She spend smost of the weekend with her boyfriend sleeps at his house, so you can relax at home by yourself. Most of the time when she is at home, she does not come out of her room and does her job. When she coordinates any inconveniences. She is very considerate.
