The basement includes a queen size bed with sheets, comforter, pillows, bedside table, towels, bathroom mat, a couch, a desk and chair, a reading nook, a large electric fireplace, a private fridge, all utilities and wife, annnnnd a garage parking spot, etc. This is a shared rental, with three other bedrooms. There are brand new washer and dryer units on the second floor. Looking for a tenant that is cleanly, adventurous, and looking for a little roommate family. The space: - will include a large comfy couch and large dining room table/ chairs perfect for socializing - the kitchen bar has 3 fully functioning SWINGS (how cool is that?) - living room faux fire place that produces heat - living room TV and gaming complex - large deck, patio furniture, and BBQ, great for socializing - street parking or the basement suite comes with a spot in the garage - personalized shelving units in the fridge, pantry, and entryway for each roommate - small quirky cocktail bar in living room nook - 15 minutes to the airport - 20 minutes to downtown Calgary - 45 minutes to the mountains The vibes: - 2 of the roommates are pilots (gone around 2/3 of the month) always down for a good adventure or roommate dinner -1 of the roommates is a data analysis very sweet, likes trying new things, has lived all over the world - all of us are around mid twenties, cleanly, considerate, up for activities, and roommate dinners - we love hiking, baking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, camping, boardgames, basketball, crafting and more, whatever your niche is I'm sure you'll fit in - house rules for all roommates in order to be considerate of everyone plus keep the house clean and hygienic, we also have a chore bored each roommate is expected to contribute to, it is a first come first complete type bored which you sign off on what you have helped out with - if your interested in roommate nights, roommate holiday celebrations, and occasional baked goods this is the place for you - looking to create a warm and welcoming environment that will be your new home away from home Included in rent: - wifi - heat - electricity - water - street parking/ or garage spot - fully furnished bedrooms, living areas, kitchen - mop - vacuum - washer/ dryer - dishwasher - fireplace - community centre access: basketball courts, tennis courts, boardrooms, table tennis, etc. If you have a small caged pet or beloved fish let us know, we are open to a discussion on that.
