| Hi there, We are seeking a tenant for our basement in Martindale to move in May 15. The basement is a 2 bedroom legal suite with a seperate entrance, laundry, kitchen, bathroom, baseboard heaters, and other amenities such as being close to Greendome Mosque, Saddletowne & Martindale LRT, & Savannah. There is a bus stop less than a minute walking distance from the house. The basement is already occupied by one tenant and we’re looking for an additional tenant for the other bedroom. The basement is available starting May 15. We would prefer a male who is very clean & who doesn’t drink, eat pork, or smoke as we are a Muslim family living upstairs. The rent will be $750/month. In addition to the rent, there will be a one-time damage deposit of $500.
