| Hey our lovely little suite is available right now for the rest of this month (September only). Looking for a clean sober easy going person to rent it for the month. Fully furnished for a single person. 2 blocks from Crowchild and 17th ave. Price includes everything except a small cleaning fee upon move out taken out of the half month's damage deposit. We have this space cleaned by a high professional cleaner and always take great care of the house and property. You suite is fully contained and private with your own entrance. Just the separate laundry room is shared. Lovely street with good neighbours. You have a seated garden space in the front to relax in. The suite is bigger and more open than these photos show.
